Yes you can. Please email [email protected] to inform them of what tickets and how many you would like. You have the option to pay with TWINT or exact CASH on the day.

What if Tickets sell out?

The Summer Picnic does not have a limit due to being outside. If eventbrite shows it is sold out, there are tickets available on the day. Please dress appropriately for the weather. *Other events do ...

When purchasing tickets, BCT Members are enititled to a 50% discount. Please enter your membership email address into the discount code box and 50% will be automatically added to your order if your membership is valid.

*** Refunds and Cancellation Policies

Refunds: refunds will be processed on a case to case basis for each event. To request a refund please email [email protected]

If the event is postponed to the scheduled rain date, those who can longer attend and wish to request a refund due to the postponement must email a refund request to [email protected] by 5pm on the day of the originally scheduled event. Refund requests, cancellations and no-shows will not be issued refunds if not requested before the cut off.

In event of full event cancellation, where the event cannot be held in its entirety refunds will be available for those who request one. Please email [email protected] for a refund. Please send your refund request within 24 hours of the full cancellation announcement
